The participation rate for the 2023 HSV Customer Survey has increased since last year, with almost 300 responses received from health services, including valuable comments and suggestions for improvement.

The 2023 survey focused on the customer experience, with an aim to assess the needs of health services and explore how HSV can best support their operations.

“We’re very encouraged by the response we’ve received. It means our stakeholders are invested in helping us to continuously improve,” says HSV Director Customer Engagement Alfred Matthews.

Preliminary results show strong support for HSV’s communication and engagement activities, particularly the continued assistance provided throughout the pandemic.

At least 20 individual HSV team members have been recognised in survey responses, reflecting a solid customer-centric operations focus.

HSV is currently reviewing all responses and developing an action plan to address key findings, which will be shared in a future update.

“We would like to thank everyone who completed the survey and who took the time to provide detailed comments and suggestions,” Alfred says.
