HealthShare Victoria provides procurement and logistics services to Victoria's public health services.

• We work in partnership with health services to make sure the right products and services are delivered to the right place, at the right time.
• We play an important role in helping health services access essential supplies—especially items that are in high demand or hard to source, such as PPE, medical consumables, ICU equipment and medicines.

Regulation

• We manage key compliance functions under the Health Services Act 1988 (Vic).
• We support health services to meet their compliance and probity requirements.
• We support health services to meet their obligations under the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth).

Procurement

• We work closely with health services to understand their needs.
• We source the goods and services they need to deliver patient care and run their facilities.
• We help achieve better value for Victoria by setting up collective agreements with suppliers through large-scale tenders.
• HSV collective agreements cover a wide range of areas, including medical consumables, medicines, equipment, and everyday services like security, bedding and meals.
• We assess health related services for access to HSV collective agreements.

Logistics

• We manage a full medical consumables supply chain—from sourcing and ordering through to warehousing and delivery.
• We help hospitals improve patient outcomes by ensuring reliable stock availability and better value through bulk purchasing.
