Refreshed Procurement Activity Plan (FY23:H1) now available

HealthShare Victoria (HSV) completed 18 of the 19 activities outlined in the Procurement Activity Plan (PAP) between January and June 2022, representing $383 million in value under contract and $9 million in actual cost reduction.

The PAP provides details of proposed activities over the next two years. To ensure it remains up to date, a refreshed plan is released every six months including information on what has been delivered and what has changed since the last release.

The draft PAP covering July 2022 to June 2024 is now available for health service representatives to log in and view on the HSV website. Please note, you must be a registered health service user and signed in to the website to access this page. It outlines:

  • 23 additional activities including eight where an existing contract is due for renewal
  • 11 delayed resourcing activities due to competing COVID-19 response activities
  • 4 new activities (1 Greenfield, 1 Group Buy, 2 Supplementary)
  • 13 Opportunity Assessments HSV is seeking health service interest and value of opportunity

HSV Customer Relationship Managers will contact health services directly to obtain feedback and recommendations, with responses due by 5:00pm on Wednesday 1 June 2022.

Health services can also discuss procurement matters with the HSV team at any time and there will be further formal opportunities to provide PAP recommendations at the next scheduled six-month review.

Should you wish to discuss the details of this PAP or any other procurement matter, please contact your Customer Relationship Manager or the HSV helpdesk at helpdesk@healthsharevic.org.au.
