HSV PPE stocks have no impact on supplier shortages

HealthShare Victoria’s (HSV) work to stock the Derrimut Distribution Centre (DC) early in 2021 has had no impact on the ability of health sector suppliers to deliver necessary goods to health services.

“Recent reports of supplier failure at public health services have been incorrectly attributed to HSV,” says HSV Chief Executive Neil Rodaway.

“We stocked the Derrimut DC in June and any issues that may have arisen more recently with suppliers not being able to deliver goods to health services are unrelated to stocking HSV’s Derrimut DC.”
