Regular health service notifications now accessed via My Dashboard

To streamline access to important information for our health service customers, we have created a ‘Notifications’ section in the My Dashboard customer portal.

Notifications consolidates all regular notifications into a single, secure location.

Health services can now access the following updates and reports under Notifications in My Dashboard:

• Contract updates (posted as needed)
• HSV Customer Update (posted monthly)
• State Supply Chain alerts (posted weekly)
• Pharmaceutical shortages update (posted weekly)
• Logistics activity overview (posted monthly)

 To access Notifications:

1. Log in to My Dashboard via the ‘Sign In’ option in the main menu.
2. Go to Notifications in the My Dashboard menu. Please note: only Contract updates will show a bubble counter when new notifications are posted.
   

From Monday 3 February 2025, the updates and reports listed above will no longer be accessible under News in the main menu. To access the listed updates and reports, health services should sign in to My Dashboard and go to Notifications.

Please note: The HSV Update newsletter and ad hoc public announcements will continue to be publicly available under News in the main menu.
