HealthShare Victoria is now recruiting for 2 x Sourcing Analysts.
- 1 x ongoing role
- 1 x fixed term role through to March 2025 (parental leave backfill)
Reporting to Head Sourcing Operations, this role will be responsible for Providing analytical support for the Sourcing team, including sales report analysis, evaluation of costing and qualitative data from sourcing events responses, generating financial analysis reports for the purpose of decision-making process, as well as designing sourcing scenarios (financial modelling) and producing analytical data demonstrating optimal contract benefit for individual health services.

Technical Delivery Lead
HealthShare Victoria is now recruiting for the 18 month fixed term role of Technical Delivery Lead
Reporting to the General Manager Solution Delivery, the Technical Delivery Lead is responsible for ensuring IT elements within HSV’s projects are delivered on time and meet business requirements. Key to this role is the ability of the successful incumbent to engage with operational teams and stakeholders across the organisation whist ensuring the availability of technical resources to meet operational outcomes within agreed timeframes.
To be successful in this role, ideally you will bring strong experience in a Technical Delivery Lead role coupled with excellent stakeholder management skills, leadership experience and experience working across multiple project deliverables preferably within an IT department within an organisation, not an IT consulting organisation. Exposure to warehouse management systems and an understanding of supply chain and logistics will be highly regarded.

Senior Lawyer
HealthShare Victoria is now recruiting a Senior Lawyer.

Social Procurement Manager - 12 months fixed term
HSV is now recruiting for a Social Procurement Manager (SPM) to join our team within the Sourcing Operations stream. Reporting to the Head Sourcing Operations, the SPM is responsible for driving a program of work to enable HealthShare Victoria (HSV) to fulfil is legislative function under the Social Procurement Framework. In doing this, the SPM will establish and operationalise a framework to support the Procurement team in applying correct and consistent policy requirements when conducting procurement activities, including but not limited to Local Jobs First, Victoria's Social Procurement Framework, Victorian Government Purchasing Board Purchasing Policies, HSV Purchasing Policies and HSV procurement policy and procedures. The SPM will also work with key stakeholders to implement and update any procurement processes and system changes whilst managing reporting requirements.

People Culture and Safety Advisor
HSV is excited to announce we are now recruiting for a People Culture and Safety (PCS) Advisor.
Reporting to the Head of pcs business partnering the People culture and safety Advisor’s responsibilities include; driving continuous improvement and efficiencies in PCS (HR and OHS) data, processes and timely and accurate reporting by collecting, analysing and improving data to provide improved people insights, dashboards, reporting and optimising PCS systems.
The advisor position will be required to manually retrieve and compile data from various sources, cleanse and manipulate and interpret data to provide meaningful information and collate, coordinate and streamline reporting and cyclical processes (i.e. monthly reports). Whilst analysing the PCS data, the PCS Advisor is required to make sound recommendations that balance stakeholder, strategic, operational and commercial drivers.
NOTE: This role is a full-time, fixed-term contract until 15 June 2025.
