Sourcing analyst - fixed term

Category manager - strategy

HSV is now recruiting for a Category manager to join our team within the Strategic Sourcing stream. The successful candidate's key objective in this role will be to develop, lead and execute category plans and sourcing strategies for designated categories in accordance with HSV and broader VGPB policy framework. Reporting into a Senior category manager, the role responsibilities also include utilising financial data and analytics to understand cost drivers as well as proactively identifying and managing contractual issues with suppliers and other stakeholders, and prepare analysis and advice for decision-making.

Storeperson

HSV is growing - we’re opening a second distribution centre in Victoria so we can deliver more of the right product to the right place at the right time.

We are now recruiting a number of Storeperson positions to join our Dandenong South Distribution Centre (DC). Reporting to the DC Team leader, the Storeperson plays an integral role and is responsible for efficiently receiving goods from suppliers and delivering goods from the DC (Dandenong South) into Health service facilities.

Integrated business planning analyst

We are now hiring an Integrated business planning (IBP) analyst to join our Demand and supply team. Reporting into the IBP project lead, the IBP analyst will support the Demand and supply planning, Purchasing and DC operation team, within the supply chain function, to improve and implement business process management framework.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for keeping track of, and maintaining, project timetables and provide administrative support to the IBP project lead.

Customer service administrator

We are now hiring for a Customer Service Administrator who will be based primarily at the Derrimut Distribution Centre and will report into the Deputy Manager. The Customer Service Administrator will be the first point of contact and is responsible for processing requisitions, purchase orders and answering queries related to supply management across healthcare networks.

Reporting to the Head of financial control, the Financial accountant coordinates organisation-wide reporting for internal and external stakeholders, supporting effective decision making. HSV is now looking for an IT support specialist to join our team.

Reporting to the IT service manager, the IT support specialist oversees the use of HealthShare Victoria's common IT business systems and applications in line with IT policies, processes, and governance structures. The role supports and guides HSV employees in relation to using and getting the most from our core systems and applications. The successful applicant will have an inquisitive outgoing attitude with the ability to communicate in both a technical and non-technical manner.
