3 x Pharmaceutical Category Managers - Supply Chain

The Pharmaceutical stream is currently a team of 8 with over $145 million value under contract annually. Due to the significant growth, HSV is now looking to bring on 3 additional Category Managers to support.

Reporting to a Senior Category Manager, the objective of this role will be to develop, lead and execute category plans and sourcing strategies for the Pharmaceutical category to deliver financial and non-financial benefits to health services across Victoria.

Senior Business Analyst - Change - Transformation

The purpose of this role will be to support HSV's transformation by working on defining and aligning internal and existing individual in-coming health service business operations, processes, and systems.

The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for engaging and working with project leads to facilitate both customer-facing and internal workshops and to understand and define “as-is” and “to-be” end-to-end operational business process flows across multiple customers. This will enable the identification of change strategies and plans to support the transition of services.

Clinical Product Advisor – Procurement and Value Delivery

HSV's Procurement Division has an opening for Clinical Product Advisor (CPA) to join the Clinical Stream, with a focus on medical consumables, surgical and implantable categories.

Reporting to the Clinical Product Manager, the CPA position exists to provide expert clinical advice to ensure the reliable supply of appropriate goods to support health service provision of patient care. This is delivered by identifying alternative products where required in response to supply failures and product recalls. In addition, the role performs an advocacy function in supporting the standardisation of product use throughout the sector to facilitate supply chain efficiencies.

Customer Support Specialist – Transformation

Reporting to the Head of Customer Engagement Strategy Integration, the Customer Support Specialist will engage across HSV to support the delivery of the Customer Engagement objectives of enhancing engagement with health service customers and improving the customer experience. 

The role will provide broad support that will cover collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth operations of the CE team and a customer-centric approach to process design and improvement. The role will also have responsibility for managing requests for health service data, monitoring and reporting against business objectives, preparation of ad hoc reports and submissions and general administrative and systems support.

Business Analyst - FMIS/WMS Testing and Onboarding - Transformation

HealthShare Victoria (HSV) is currently completing a project to adopt Oracle FMIS and WMS systems as part of its role as a procurement and supply chain partner to the Victorian Health Services.

Reporting to the Director Information Technology, this role is responsible for testing of the Oracle FMIS/WMS solution and onboarding of key stakeholders in both pre, and post go live activities. Test activities will include the writing and running of scripts to validate end to end functionality, and onboarding activities will include requirements gathering/process mapping along with assistance to the stakeholders in achieving being on-boarded with minimal disruption.
