2026 HSV Customer Survey is now open

The 2026 HealthShare Victoria (HSV) Customer Survey is now open.

Your feedback helps us improve our services and create better experiences for you. By working together, HSV will continue to understand and enhance your experience, delivering even more value in the future.

The survey will close on Friday 8 May 2026. It should only take 5-10 minutes to complete, depending on the number of comments you provide.

Through this survey, we aim to balance the need to minimise the time it takes to complete it with the importance of gathering your valuable insights. To do this, we've tailored the questions to be relevant to your interactions with HSV.
