The Medical Imaging and Radiotherapy Equipment Framework

HPVC2025-077 Medical Imaging and Radiotherapy Equipment is an open panel supplier pre-qualification arrangement covering medical imaging, radiotherapy, and nuclear medicine equipment, associated/OEM consumables, compatible/non-dependent consumables, and service and maintenance.
The 5-year principal period runs from 28 Feb 2026 to 31 Oct 2030 with a further 5-year option. The agreement continues beyond the end date until terminated on notice, ensuring continuity of supply and support.
The 1 Apr 2025 Master Supply Agreement (MSA) provides the overarching contractual framework. Module C sits under the MSA and contains the category-specific terms.
The panel remains open for the term of the agreement. Subject to health service demand and HSV resourcing, HSV may conduct supplementary tender processes from time to time. These opportunities will be advertised via the HSV website. New suppliers must meet all mandatory requirements and pass a risk assessment.

This is a supplier pre-qualification panel with no specific product award or pricing.
Health services should use the Schedule 11 - Template Purchase Order for all purchases under this agreement. The resulting Purchase Order Contract covers site-specific terms and conditions, including agreed pricing, installation, and service and maintenance.
Health services can access the relevant contract documents, including the Supplier Matrix, User Guide, and Agreements via 'Contract Files' on the left.
