1. Log into your HSV website account    https://healthsharevic.org.au/   - you will land on My Dashboard

2. Select JAGGAER Advantage Procurement Portal from your Quick links

3. The Procurement Portal will load in a new browser window:

4. All open tenders are available from RFX OPEN TO ALL SUPPLIERS in the Main Dashboard

5. Select the numbered link aligned with Currently Open for either an RFQ or RFI

6. You must Express Interest in the tender before you can access the information and documents.

Tentative dates:

• Announcement of outcome to suppliers: 21 September 2026
• Announcement of outcome to health services: 1 October 2026
• Contract Commencement Date: 19 October 2026
