Clinical Product Advisor

Facilities and Fleet Manager

We are pleased to announce that HSV is now recruiting for an ongoing Facilities and Fleet Manager role within our Derrimut Distribution Centre Operations team. Reporting to the Head of Distribution Centre Operations, the successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of HSV’s physical and mobile asset portfolio across our Distribution Centre network. This includes facilities, fleet, and material handling equipment (MHE), ensuring asset reliability, compliance, lifecycle optimisation, cost control, and uninterrupted operational delivery. This role has multisite oversight and acts as the primary point of contact for landlords, service providers, and specialist contractors while working closely with Distribution Centre Operations, Transport, Safety and Finance teams.

Supply Planner

This role is responsible for ensuring product availability through effective supply planning, proactive risk identification and strong supplier engagement. This role plays a key part in optimising inventory levels, maintaining supply continuity and supporting clinical and operational stakeholders across Victoria’s public health sector. You will work closely with suppliers, demand planning, inventory, logistics and customer support teams to hold suppliers accountable, balance constraints and risks, and continuously improve planning processes.
