The Medical Imaging & Radiotherapy Equipment ITS is not yet complete. HSV anticipates this activity will be finalized December 2025. This is a supplier pre-qualification panel with no specific product award or pricing. As equipment procurement within scope is infrequent, and legally still covered under the HPVC2019-077 Medical Imaging Equipment and Radiotherapy Equipment evergreen arrangement, there is no operational risk for health services.

If your health service needs to procure equipment (within scope of the new agreement) before the new agreement formally commences, you may still do so under the terms of the HPVC2019-077 Medical Imaging Equipment and Radiotherapy Equipment agreement. However, in light of the improvements and benefits expected under the new agreement and the commencement date of the new agreement, HSV recommends that where possible, you wait for the new agreement to take effect.
