IMPORTANT:
To participate in the RFQ - Request for Quotation you must now create and submit a response to the Category Manager. Instructions are provided below. The deadline for submitting a response to the RFQ - Request for Quotation is:

To create and submit your response to the RFQ - Request for Quotation:

Industry Briefing

An Industry Briefing will be held for the upcoming HPVC2021-200 Skin Integrity Consumables supplementary request for tender.

Note: This contract will now include some categories that are coming across from the Intravenous Access Devices and Administration Consumables (IVADAC) contract, as they better align here.

The Briefing will provide general information including overview, draft specifications and provide detailed information on how to complete the response via the HSV Procurement Portal (also known as JAGGAER). It is advised that those responsible for completing the submission attend this Briefing, so they are well informed.

The tender is anticipated to be released to the market around 12th February 2025. When available, documentation will be available from the HSV Procurement Portal. Tender documents will be available to download via the HSV Procurement Portal from 12 February 2025.
All respondents must register on the HSV website before gaining access to the HSV Procurement Portal.

Communication

All communication regarding the ITS must be in writing via the Message function in the HSV Procurement Portal (Jaggaer).

Closing date for last enquiries in relation to this invitation is 24th February 2025 14:00 AEDT. HSV reserves the right to not provide answers to questions asked after the last date for enquiries.

Tender Submissions

Tender submissions for this ITS are through the HSV Procurement Portal (Jaggaer) - accessed via the HSV homepage. Submissions in any other format will NOT be accepted.
Late tender submissions will NOT be accepted other than in exceptional circumstances as described in Tender Conditions.

Ignore the reference to the Tender box submission below. All offers MUST be received through the HSV Procurement Portal as stated above.

HSV would like to advise that the outcome has now been finalised.

Suppliers have been notified of the outcome and will begin any necessary transition requirements over the next few weeks.

HSV will provide further information and a transition pack later this week to assist Health Services through the process. The transition pack will include a list of products & pricing, supplier contact details.
