HPVRFI2026-060 Beds Mattresses Patient Trolleys and Treatment Chairs - Request for Information (RFI)
Dear Suppliers
HSV is currently reviewing the HPVC2019-060 Beds, Mattresses, Patient, Trolleys, and Treatment Chairs contract, which is due to conclude 29 June 2026 and in anticipation for the upcoming retender due to be released mid-2025. This review includes contract scope, potential greenfield categories, and subcategories. As part of developing the strategy and scope, HSV is undertaking a Request for Information (RFI) specific to these potential categories and sub-categories.
Objective of the RFI
The objective of this RFI is to assist HSV to better understand the current market and market share; identify an appropriate supplier base for health services, hence the importance of suppliers providing this data; and increasing visibility of health service expenditure and current costs. This is also a crucial step for HSV to build collaborative relationships with suppliers prior to the release of the Invitation to Supply (ITS). The new contract will also provide an opportunity for suppliers to expand their existing footprint within Victorian public health.
Submission of Information
The RFI documents will only be available via the HSV Procurement Portal and will require registration to both download and submit a response to this RFI. Responses must be submitted via the Portal and the HSV RFI Sales Data Template must be uploaded in its current format.
