HSV Procurement Activity Plan

We collaborate with health services twice a year to develop the HSV Procurement Activity Plan (PAP) for the coming two years. We identify and assess potential suppliers through our extensive sourcing activities and select suppliers that offer the best overall value.

The HSV PAP is an overview of our planned sourcing activities and also lists the suite of HSV collective agreements

The PAP is correct at the time of publication on 4 June 2025.

Download the current PAP: Procurement Activity Plan: July 2025 to June 2027.

Health services can access a dedicated health service version of the PAP by logging into My Dashboard.

Renewing and transitioning to contracts

Under HSV Purchasing Policy 4 Contract Management and Asset Disposal requirement 2.2 b), mandated health services can only enter into or renew contracts with suppliers for items listed in the published PAP (including activities yet to be formally progressed) if a transition clause is included, which can legally terminate an existing contract without any penalties to transition to a HSV collective agreement.

Include a contract transition clause

Health services must use the transition clause in all contracts to support their transition to the relevant HSV collective agreement/s.

The transition clause can be accessed under HSV Purchasing Policy 4 Contract Management and Asset Disposal.
