My Dashboard is the member's area of the HSV website where registered users can access secure information and systems and manage user accounts.
Prospective suppliers - register to access JAGGAER Procurement Portal to view and respond to tenders.

My Dashboard
Who can access My Dashboard?
Anyone with an HSV website account can access My Dashboard.
Website accounts are issued to:
- current employees of Victoria’s public health services
- other health or related entities eligible to access HSV’s collective agreements
- suppliers who have active agreements with HSV
- prospective suppliers interested in supplying to Victorian public health services.
How to access My Dashboard
To access My Dashboard, select the ‘Sign In’ option in the main menu. My Dashboard will open automatically.
Once logged in, you can access My Dashboard from any screen via the ‘My Dashboard’ button in the main menu.
To register for an HSV website account, select the ‘Register’ option in the main menu.
Register as a member of an existing organisation
At registration, if the system recognises the email domain entered it sends an email to the associated organisation’s super users.
Before access is granted to a new registrant, a super user must first activate the account. Once activated, new users are connected to the organisation and can access content provided for that organisation.
For a list of the super users associated with your organisation, please contact the HSV Helpdesk.

Register a new organisation
If the system does not recognise the email domain entered at registration, your request will be sent to the HSV Helpdesk for authorisation.
The HSV Helpdesk may contact the registrant to confirm the information provided. Once confirmed, a new organisation will be created and the user will be connected to the organisation.
By default, the first person to register a new organisation will become the organisation’s super user.

My Dashboard quick links
The My Dashboard landing page displays a series of personalised quick links, providing access to the most frequently used content for your user type and account permissions.
My Dashboard for health services
Depending on account permissions, health service members can log in to My Dashboard for:
- notifications about a range of important topics, including:
- contract and tender document updates
- collective agreement notices
- pharmaceutical and other product shortages and recalls
- notices regarding compliance, legal and finance matters.
- HSV collective agreement contract files, including award matrices, pricing schedules and impact reportsthe Exemptions Portal, used to submit requests for exemption from part or all of an HSV collective agreement
- the Nominations Portal (for nomination coordinators only), used to nominate health service employees to represent their service on HSV product and service reference groups
- the Compliance Portal, used to submit reports on compliance with the HSV Purchasing Policies
- access to the JAGGAER Advantage Procurement Portal
- access to the Victorian Product Catalogue System (VPCS)
- access to HSV’s ECHO e-learning platform
- access for super users to manage the users associated with your organisation.
Where to find pricing schedules in My Dashboard
Access to pricing schedules and pricing schedule extracts is limited by organisation and individual user.
For access to the information your account is permitted to view to:
- select ‘Contracts and documents’ from the My Dashboard menu
- select a HSV collective agreement from the list
- select ‘Contract Files’ from the menu.
My Dashboard for contracted suppliers
Depending on account permissions, contracted suppliers can log in to My Dashboard for:
- notifications
- access to the JAGGAER Advantage Procurement Portal
- access to the pricing schedule extracts for your agreements with HSV
- the sales data reporting portal, used to submit reports on sales made of items under agreement
- access for super users to manage the users associated with your organisation.
My Dashboard for prospective suppliers
Prospective suppliers can log in to My Dashboard for:
- access to the JAGGAER Advantage Procurement Portal to access current and upcoming HSV tenders
- set up email notifications for upcoming tenders
- access to view and respond to tenders from across the public healthcare sector via the JAGGAER Advantage Procurement Portal.
Account management
How to reactivate a disabled account
Website accounts are disabled for several reasons:
- an incorrect passphrase has been entered more than 4 times
- a super user from the associated organisation has disabled the account.
Only a super user can reactivate a disabled account. To reactivate a disabled account, please contact your super user.
For a list of the super users associated with your organisation, please contact the HSV Helpdesk.
Health services can also contact their HSV Customer Relationship Manager directly.
How to reset your password
There are two ways to reset a passphrase:
From the ‘Sign in’ screen
- Select ‘Sign in’ in the main menu.
- On the sign in screen select ‘Forgot your passphrase’ and follow the prompts to change your passphrase.

From My Dashboard
- Select ‘Log in’ from the main menu to log in to My Dashboard.
- From the My Dashboard menu, expand the ‘My account settings’ section.
- Select the ‘Manage my details’ option.
- On your profile screen, select the ‘Update passphrase’ link and follow the prompts to change your passphrase.

How to set up email notifications for updates to tenders and contracts (collective agreements)
To receive email notifications when updates are made to an HSV tender or contract (collective agreement):
- Log in to My Dashboard via 'Log in' in the main menu.
- From the My Dashboard menu, select either 'Contracts' or 'Tenders'.
- Select the star icon next to a tender or collective agreement in the respective list.
How to change the frequency of email notifications
To change the frequency of the email notifications you receive when updates are made to HSV tenders and contracts (collective agreements):
- Log in to My Dashboard via 'Log in' in the main menu.
- Select My account settings from the My Dashboard menu.
- Select Notification settings.
- Select your preferred frequency from the dropdown list.
How to turn off email notifications
To turn off email notifications for updates to HSV tenders and contracts (collective agreements):
- Log in to My Dashboard via 'Log in' in the main menu.
- From the My Dashboard menu, select either 'Contracts' or 'Tenders'.
- Deselect the star icon next to a tender or collective agreement in the respective list.
Super users: Roles and responsibilities
Every organisation with a profile on the HSV website has one or more associated super users.
Super users manage user accounts for the people who work for their organisation.
Super users:
- activate new user accounts
- grant and revoke user access to confidential HSV collective agreement content available to their organisation. For more information, see the ‘How to restrict user access to HSV collective agreement content’ section below.
Super users: How to activate a new user account
When a new registration is submitted, the super users for the associated organisation are notified by email.
To activate a new account, follow these steps:
- Select ‘Log in’ from the main menu to log in to My Dashboard.
- From the My Dashboard menu, expand the ‘My account settings’ section.
- Select the ‘Manage user accounts’ option.
- Select a name from the list of users.
- On the user’s profile screen, select the down arrow next to ‘Account status’ and select ‘Activate’ from the dropdown menu.

Super users: How to restrict user access to HSV contracts (collective agreements)
If a user from your organisation has a perceived or real conflict of interest with a supplier on an HSV collective agreement, you may need to revoke their access to related confidential contract information.
To update user access to HSV collective agreement, follow these steps:
- Select ‘Log in’ from the main menu to log in to My Dashboard.
- From the My Dashboard menu, expand the ‘My account settings’ section.
- Select the ‘Manage user accounts’ option.
- Select a name from the list of users.
- On the user’s profile screen, scroll down to the ‘Can manage’ section and select/unselect the checkbox next to an HSV collective agreement to control access.

How to change your organisation’s super users
Super users can assign the super user role to other people in their organisation.
To assign a super user, follow these steps:
- Select ‘Log in’ from the main menu to log in to My Dashboard.
- From the My Dashboard menu, expand the ‘My account settings’ section.
- Select the ‘Manage user accounts’ option.
- Select a name from the list of users.
- On the user’s profile screen, select the down arrow next to ‘Super user’ and select ‘Yes/No’ from the dropdown menu.
