How to view and respond to tenders
HSV tenders are advertised and managed in JAGGAER Procurement Portal.
If you are a supplier interested in responding to an HSV tender, before you can access JAGGAER, you will need to register for an HSV website account. To register, follow the 3 steps below.

Step 1: Register for an HSV website account
To register for an account on the HSV website you will need:
- a valid Australian Business Number (ABN)
- a business-specific email address. If you are a small business using a generic email domain such as @gmail, @bigpond or @hotmail.com, please contact our Helpdesk for assistance.
Step 2: Wait for your account to be approved
After we have reviewed your registration details and your account is approved, you will receive a welcome email to the email address you provided.
Follow the link in the welcome email to set up password for your account.
Step 3: Access JAGGAER via My Dashboard
Once you have set up a password for your HSV website account:
- Log in to your HSV website account.
- On the My Dashboard landing page, select the JAGGAER Procurement Portal quick link
- You will be logged in to JAGGAER. automatically.
Enable notifications
You can enable email notification for upcoming and current tender categories that you are interested in. To enable notifications follow the 3 steps below.

- Log in to your HSV website account.
- From the My Dashboard menu, select 'Contracts and tenders > Tenders (Invitations to Supply).
- Select the star icon next to a tender.
- Set up your notification preferences. From the My Dashboard menu, select 'My account settings > Notification settings.

- Streamline applications: Speed up tender applications by accessing JAGGAER early to prefill standard company details.

Tender evaluation
Tenders are evaluated by an independent committee against a set of criteria designed by the committee. A probity auditor is involved throughout evaluation to ensure the process is fair and transparent.
