Providing product and pricing information for items under contract

The Victorian Product Catalogue System (VPCS) contains product and pricing information for items on HSV collective agreement contracts as well as non-contracted items available in the National Product Catalogue (NPC).

The NPC is the master data source for the VPCS and synchronises with the VPCS to provide accurate product and pricing information for Victoria.

The VPCS is available to all Victorian public hospitals and health services with unrestricted access to HSV contracts.

Supplier data publishing obligations

Suppliers on HSV collective agreements are obliged to publish accurate and up-to-date data to the NPC, which filters through to the VPCS.
