Advance notice - HSV Website Outage - Sunday 5 March

Why we need a website outage 

HealthShare Victoria’s website will be offline for maintenance on Sunday 5 March for up to five hours between 6am and 11am.  

To help us keep the website operational, secure and efficient, we need to migrate the website to a new server. This means we are changing where the website is housed.  

When the website outage will happen 

The outage will happen from 6 am on Sunday 5 March 2023. We expect the work to be completed by 11 am. 

How the website outage may affect you 

During the outage suppliers and health services and suppliers will not be able to: 

• access www.healthsharevic.org.au 
• log into password protected areas of the website 
• use the website to access other systems such as VPCS, Echo, Jaggaer and Qliksense 
• start, complete or submit tenders, orders, requests or forms. 

How to check if the website is back up 

Simply go to www.healthsharevic.org.au to check if the site is still down.
