Annual Compliance Self-Assessment Submission Portal

At the end of each financial year, all health services set out in Schedule 1 and 5 of the Health Services Act 1988 (Vic) must complete a self-assessment of their compliance to the HSV Purchasing Policies. 

The purpose of this assessment is to ensure compliance to HSV collective agreements and to ensure that health services are implementing best-practice procurement standards prescribed by the HSV Health Purchasing Policies.
