Description

The purpose of this Invitation to Supply (ITS) is:

HealthShare Victoria invites responses for the provision of retail natural gas services for hospital and health service sites consuming >1TJ per MIRN. Total annual consumption will be approximately 2.48PJ across 116 sites. The successful provider will be required to provide unbundled rates to 36 basic meter sites at the same rate as remaining sites which have data loggers. Basic metered site requirements represent around 4.7% of total projected consumption.

Data requirements to support billing and also for upload to the Department of Health's environment data management system are described within the statement of requirement.

The successful respondent's C&I natural gas contract will form the basis of the agreement between HSV, on behalf of hospitals and health services, with the retailer. The ITS document will include additional terms and conditions or flag contract terms that HSV will seek to negotiate on. Evaluation will include how retailers address these terms or indicate willingness to negotiate if their standard contract has addressed these points in a different fashion.

  • Late tender submissions will NOT be accepted other than in exceptional circumstances as described in Tender Conditions.
