To create and submit your response to the RFQ - Request for Quotation:
- Click 'Create Response' and proceed to complete all requested information in each Envelope by clicking the 'Edit response' buttons. Attach any appropriate documentation in the Envelopes if requested.
- Once you have completed your response, click 'Submit Response ' to send the response to the Category Manager.

Industry Briefing

An Industry Briefing will be held for the upcoming HPVITS2026-068 Intravenous and Irrigation Solutions request for tender.

Note: This contract will now operate as a standalone agreement, having previously been part of the HPVC2019-058 Pharmaceutical Products and IV Fluids contract

The Briefing will provide general information including overview, draft specifications and provide detailed information on how to complete the response via the HSV Procurement Portal (also known as JAGGAER). It is advised that those responsible for completing the submission attend this Briefing, so they are well informed.

Date: Wednesday, 27^th August 2025

Time: 10.30am – 11.30am

Location: Online meeting hosted via Microsoft Teams, Registration via Email.

The tender is anticipated to be released to the market around 3rd September 2025. When available, documentation will be available from the HSV Procurement Portal. Communication

All communication regarding the ITS must be in writing via the Message function in the HSV Procurement Portal (Jaggaer) once the ITS has been released.  

Closing date for last enquiries in relation to this invitation is 25th September 2025 14:00 AEST.  HSV reserves the right to not provide answers to questions asked after the last date for enquiries.

Tender Submissions

• Tender submissions for this ITS are through the HSV Procurement Portal (Jaggaer) - accessed via the HSV homepage.  Submissions in any other format will NOT be accepted.
• Late tender submissions will NOT be accepted other than in exceptional circumstances as described in Tender Conditions.

Ignore the reference to the Tender box submission below. All offers MUST be received through the HSV Procurement Portal as stated above.
