Description

The Consumables and Related Services for Reprocessing of Reusable Medical Devices (CRS-RRMD) contract provides Victorian public health services with a range of consumables and supporting services required for the reprocessing of reusable medical devices.

This contract replaces the “HPVC2020-010 Sterilisation Consumables and Related Services” contract effective 1 December 2025.

The Principal Period commences on 1 December 2025 and runs until 30 November 2028.

The scope of this contract includes the supply of consumables used to reprocess reusable medical devices and related testing services within Victorian Health Service facilities

a. Sterilising Consumables used in sterilising departments for the reprocessing of
reusable medical devices within Victorian Health Service facilities.

b. Testing and validation services required in the central sterile processing area. This
includes water quality testing and steam purity testing to comply with all the
requirements of

(i) Reprocessing equipment such as washer disinfectors, sterilisers etc.
(ii) The purchase of single-use or reusable medical devices e.g. surgical instruments, air
mattress transfer device, sequential compression devices
