To give feedback on a specific contract:

  1. log in to My Dashboard
  2. navigate to the Contracts and tenders > Contracts and documents section
  3. select a contract from the list
  4. select the Contract feedback button to submit feedback on the contract.

To submit general feedback on HSV collective agreements use the Contract feedback form.
