Award matrix

An award matrix lists the suppliers that have been awarded under a HSV collective agreement.

Statement of requirements

A statement of requirements is the master list of the product or service categories and subcategories covered by an HSV collective agreement.

Service level agreement

We provide a service level areement template for health services to detail their specific requirements when engaging awarded suppliers for services.

Only health services can access the service level agreement template.

Pricing schedule

A pricing schedule lists the products or services covered by a HSV collective agreement, including:

• pricing
• supplier details
• any conditions of the agreement
• a version history of all updates to the pricing schedule
• a user guide to help health services use the pricing schedule.

Only health services can access pricing schedules.

Transition guide

A transition guide is a outlines a pathway for health services to transition from a collective agreement that is ending to the new agreement that will replace it.

Health services only have access to their service's impact reports.

Impact report

Impact reports are a forecast of the impact a new HSV collective agreement will have on a health service based on their historical spend data with the category. Impact reports include:

• what has changed from the agreement ending to the new one commencing
• a plan and the steps to take to transition to the new HSV collective agreement.
• what actions a health service needs to take to transiton to the new agreement
• where a health service can achieve the greatest benefits from the new agreement.

Health services only have access to their service's impact reports.

Pricing schedule extract

HSV collective agreements amalgamate one or more supplier agreement. Each supplier under agreement with HSV is required to maintain product and pricing information for their contracted items in a pricing schedule extract.

Supplier pricing schedule extracts are merged to form the overaching pricing schedule for the collective agreement.

Health services do not have access to pricing schedule extracts and suppliers can only access their own extracts.
