We have no news relating to surety of supply, liquid fuel supply or HSV Logistics operations.

Supplier fuel cost recovery

We met with the Department of Health (DH) this week to discuss the new information provided by the Fair Work Commission and our legal advisors, and we will be providing our proposed approach to DH the week commencing 9 June.

I appreciate your patience as we continue to work through this complex matter – we will keep you informed as we make further progress.

Product price increases

Product price increases that are not connected to the Fair Work Commission order will be managed separately and you will be advised as the situation evolves.
