Supplier fuel cost recovery

We have been progressing our proposed statewide approach to the Fair Work Commission’s Road Transport Contractual Chain Order (RTCCO). This week we met with our Department of Health (DH) partners to ensure that our approach is aligned, and we met with external legal advisors to ensure our approach is legally sound and meets the RTCCO’s requirements.  

We now await any outcomes from the Fair Work Commission’s review hearing on  Monday 25 May, which we are attending along with our legal support and DH representatives. We expect additional information to be shared at the hearing.

Further, next week we will be meeting with some health service colleagues to test our proposed approach in a health service context.
