Supplier fuel cost recovery

The Fair Work Commission (FWC) is currently reviewing the fuel cost recovery order and has proposed making changes to it, including about when it stops applying. We have prepared an update on our recommended approach to the FWC fuel cost recovery order for the Department of Health (DH). We will update you on any decisions made. I appreciate your patience as we continue to work through this complex and ever-evolving matter.  

Product price increases 

Product price increases that are not related to the FWC order are being managed separately. We have begun advising health services of any approved price increases and you are likely to receive communications on these in the coming weeks.
