Her experience across a range of industries, ranging from utilities and economic development to health and police, and across the for-profit and for-purpose sectors, Susan has demonstrated strategic and people-focused leadership. As a Certified Practising Accountant, she also has extensive financial and business experience.

“Susan is an exceptional leader who empowers and inspires people to deliver results that matter in an ever-changing environment,” says HSV Board Chair Professor Andrew Way.

“Susan has demonstrated experience in leading organisations to transform their services and will lead HSV and engage with strength to support HSV on our journey to being a high-performing organisation.”

“I am delighted to commence my new role with HealthShare Victoria and look forward to my first task – engaging with HSV’s employees, customers and suppliers to better understand the opportunities and challenges to support the team in making a real and positive difference to the Victorian public health system,” Susan says.

“I would also like to thank our Chief Financial Officer John Delinaoum, who has done an exceptional job as Acting Chief Executive over the last eight months, leading the team through the successful development and implementation of key projects, including HSV’s 2025-29 Strategic Plan.”

Susan leads the HSV executive team, comprising Chief Financial Officer John Delinaoum, Acting Chief People and Safety Officer Angela Malone and Chief Information Officer Raph Even-Chaim, and recent appointments Chief Logistics Officer Supriya Blakey and Chief Procurement Officer Sarah Bryant.
