HSV website outage 9:00am to 5:00pm Thursday 17 September

The planned multi-factor authentication (MFA) security enhancement was successfully deployed on Thursday 17 September 2026. Users signing in to HSV’s website will notice changes to the sign-in process and will be prompted to complete additional verification steps when accessing their account.
