Advance notice - Thursday 22 May - HSV Website Outage

HealthShare Victoria’s website will be offline for maintenance on Thursday 22 May 2025 for up to two hours between 7.00pm and 9.00pm. 

Why we need a website outage 

To help us keep the website operational, secure and efficient, we need to upgrade the website’s server.  

When the website outage will happen 

The outage will happen from 7.00pm on Thursday 22 May 2025. We expect the work to be completed by 9.00pm. 

How the website outage may affect you 

During the outage you will not be able to: 

• access healthsharevic.org.au 
• log into password-protected areas of the website 
• use the website to access other systems such as VPCS, ECHO and the JAGGAER Advantage Procurement Portal
• start, complete or submit tenders, orders, requests or forms. 

How to check if the website is back online 

Simply go to healthsharevic.org.au to check if the site is back online.
