Industry Briefing

An Industry Briefing will be held for the upcoming Pathology Consumables tender on Wednesday 28th of May between 3:00 pm -4:00 pm. The Briefing will provide general information including overview, draft specifications and provide detailed information on how to complete the response via the HSV Procurement Portal (also known as JAGGAER). It is advised that those responsible for completing the submission attend this Briefing, so they are well informed.

The Principal Period commenced on 01 May 2024 and runs until 30 April 2028.

Option Periods Remaining: 1 x 2 years

Supplementary Invitation to Supply (ITS) Update

HSV is in the process of developing a supplementary ITS for Pathology Consumables with an anticipated release in early June 2025. This will include sub-categories not awarded as part of the initial ITS in addition to Rapid Antigen Test Kits and QC Materials.

Upon the conclusion of this process, awarded categories will be incorporated into the existing Pathology Consumables contract on 1 December 2025.
